This Service Plan has been especially developed to cater for Residential properties. It will provide you and your property with protection and peace of mind against any uninvited guests.

Typically, our Premium Service Plan would include the following:

4 or 6 routine technician inspections and treatments per annum

Inspections carried out by prior arrangement to avoid any inconvenience

Emergency call-outs and follow-up procedures – free of charge

Professional advice and recommendations against pest problems

Installation of relevant tamper-resistant bait stations throughout the interior and exterior of property

The Plan can be tailored to your individual requirements to provide protection against a wide range of pests including rats, mice, flies and wasps.
