This Service Plan has been especially developed to cater for our higher risk businesses, both Commercial and Agricultural. For our Commercial customers, it means you will comply with any relevant health or food safety standards. For our Agricultural clients, it means you will meet the SQC (Scottish Quality Cereal) standard for rodent control.

Whatever type of customer you are, the Platinum Service Plan will provide you and your business with protection and peace of mind against any uninvited guests.

Typically, our Platinum Service Plan would include the following:

12 routine technician inspections and treatments per annum

1 Quality Assurance Inspection/Audit per annum

1 Technical inspection per annum

1 Field Biologist visit per annum

Electric Fly Killer cleaned and maintained on a quarterly basis with an annual bulb change

Crawling Insect monitoring traps installed in all sensitive areas

Emergency call-outs and follow-up procedures – free of charge

24 hour rapid response to all emergency call-outs

Professional advice and recommendations against pest problems

Installation of relevant tamper-resistant bait stations throughout the interior and exterior of the property

Site record file retained on-site completed on each visit detailing all work carried out, bait maps, site risk assessments etc

The Plan can be tailored to your individual requirements to provide protection against a wide range of pests including rats and mice, flies and wasps.
