Bird Netting

Problems with Nesting or Roosting Birds?

At Strathearn Pest Control we know all about the problems caused by roosting and nesting birds. Gulls and pigeons are to be found in ever increasing locations and their droppings and nesting material will damage anywhere they end up. Our Bird Netting is a very effective and simple way to prevent birds landing and roosting on your property.

We have a specialist team who install our netting systems and we can also provide an on-site repair service for existing installations.

To find out more about how we can help you either on a one-off basis or with a longer term preventative service plan for your premises or to arrange a visit from one of our specialist team, please call us on 0800 0283 703. Alternatively just complete our online contact form.

Bird Netting

With over 35 years of experience in bird control, we have found nets to be very effective in displacing nuisance birds. A correctly installed netting system does not harm birds. It simply deters them from landing or roosting on your property:

  • A cost effective solution to preventing birds accessing nesting and roosting sites
  • Extremely flexible and can be used in almost any location
  • Identification of the pest bird species ensures the correct net gauge is used so that the birds aren’t harmed

In addition to installing new nets we also offer an on-site repair service to replace or patch damaged nets before birds can regain access. We often find we can repair a net rather than replacing it with a brand new one. This can offer significant cost reductions over a full system replacement.

Nets can be installed anywhere where birds are landing and roosting – under canopies, across the front of buildings etc and are unobtrusive.

Check out these links to see some of the places we’ve installed bird netting:
